Established in 1985 by Grand Master Ed O\u2019Brien, Kung-Fu Canada is dedicated to helping students achieve their personal best through the practice of Kung-Fu.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Founded in 1985, Kung-Fu Canada has long welcomed students of every age and ability, with classes in Laval and Victoria built around practical Kung-Fu instruction and everyday self-defense. Over time, that steady focus on discipline, awareness, and confidence has made the school more than a training hall; it is a place where people learn how to stay composed when situations shift quickly.
